Welcome to Engine Bay Barber Company. By booking an appointment, receiving services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience for all clients.

Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, through direct message on Instagram, or in person as a walk-in when availability allows.
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation or no-show policy is violated.
Clients may request a specific barber when booking, though availability may vary.
Walk-ins are welcome; however, wait times may vary depending on the day’s schedule.

Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask that clients provide adequate notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service price
• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price
These policies help protect our barbers’ time and ensure fairness for other clients waiting to book.

Late Arrival Policy
Clients who arrive late may have limited service time or may need to reschedule.
Engine Bay Barber Company allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that time, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
Whenever possible, our team will attempt to accommodate late arrivals if it does not disrupt the remainder of the schedule.

Walk-In Services
Walk-ins are accepted during designated walk-in hours and whenever barbers have open availability. However, walk-in service cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
Clients who prefer a specific barber or appointment time are encouraged to book in advance.

Pricing & Payments
Service pricing may vary depending on the barber and service selected.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept the following forms of payment:
• Credit and debit cards
• Cash
• Check
• The Barter Company
Tips may be paid via card or cash but cannot be processed through The Barter Company.

Service Eligibility & Minors
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
We offer discounted children’s haircuts for boys 10 years old and under.
Engine Bay Barber Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

Health & Safety Disclosure
Clients are responsible for informing their barber of any relevant health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns prior to receiving services.
Certain grooming services may involve hot towels, waxing, razors, or scalp treatments. Failure to disclose medical conditions or sensitivities may increase the risk of irritation or adverse reactions.
By receiving services, clients acknowledge that they have provided accurate information regarding their health history to the best of their knowledge.

Retail Products
We offer professional grooming products for purchase.
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unopened or lightly used.
Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. The shop reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Photography & Marketing
Engine Bay Barber Company may occasionally take photographs or videos within the shop for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
By receiving services, clients may appear in photos or videos used for promotional content unless they request otherwise.
Clients who prefer not to be included in photography should inform their barber or a staff member.

Website Use & Privacy
Our website may collect limited personal information such as:
• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
This information is used solely for appointment scheduling, communication, and client records.
Certain services may require additional information through service waivers or consultation forms. This information is treated as confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. For the comfort and safety of all clients, pets that are not certified service animals are not permitted in the shop.
Limitation of Liability
While Engine Bay Barber Company strives to provide the highest level of service and care, clients acknowledge that grooming services carry inherent risks including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, or minor cuts.
By receiving services, clients agree that Engine Bay Barber Company LLC and its staff shall not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from services or website use shall be resolved under Georgia jurisdiction.
