At Engine Bay Barber Company, we are committed to providing high-quality barbering services and a professional client experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the work performed by our team. The following policy outlines how service concerns, adjustments, and product returns are handled.

Service Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Haircuts and grooming services are highly personalized, and small adjustments may sometimes be necessary after the initial service. We are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment when appropriate.

Clients must notify us within 7 days of the original service if they would like an adjustment.

Adjustments must be scheduled with the same barber who performed the original service, when possible.

Complimentary adjustments are intended to refine the original result and are not intended for:

• Major style changes
• Services different from the originally booked service
• Changes in preference after leaving the appointment

Service Refund Policy

Due to the time, skill, and professional services provided, Engine Bay Barber Company does not offer refunds on completed services.

However, if a client is unhappy with their service, we will gladly offer a service adjustment within the timeframe outlined above whenever possible.

Our goal is always to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their experience.

Product Return Policy

We offer returns on retail products under the following conditions:

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are:

• Unopened, or
• Lightly used

Proof of purchase may be required for returns or exchanges.

Products that are excessively used or returned outside of the return window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Retail Product Refunds

Eligible product returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged for another product.

The shop reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the return policy requirements.

Service Results & Client Responsibility

Hair and grooming results can vary based on factors such as:

• Hair texture and density
• Previous haircuts or chemical services
• Styling routine and home care
• Product usage

Our barbers will always provide professional recommendations for maintaining your haircut or style between visits. Following these recommendations helps ensure the best long-term results.
